However, through such hardship there is always light at the end of the tunnel and it seems that due to the aforementioned unfortunate events we at 'PropertyThailand.Net' are seeing a 'swing' in the property market that we have never experienced before in over twenty years of business here. Even in fact following the 'Tsunami' we never witnessed the down pricing of property both residential and commercial within the 'Kingdom of Thailand'. Above all 'Hua Hin' being the regal home place of Thailand is completely 'safe' and increasing in popularity due to the development of Schools, Homes, Hospitals, Hotel Resorts, Golf Courses, Shopping Mall's, Restaurants, Theater's, a proposed marina, etc, etc.
That said, we would like to encourage as many investors and buyer's of property here as we can as that is the business that we undertake, but also for the simple fact that we truly believe that there has never been and will probably never be a better time to invest here. The political turmoil of late is dwindling away, life is getting back to normal on the streets of Bangkok and the rest of the country that was in fact mainly uninterrupted by recent events is continuing as normal.
We believe that there is a small 'window of opportunity' in which to reap the savings available and snatch up prime real estate along with taking advantage of the developers/owners finance packages and even 'cash-back' incentives available. The 'Thai Baht' remains strong despite recent events and again we feel confident that it will remain stable at current rates to the Euro, Dollar, Pound, therefore, now is the time to take advantage of the 'lower' prices available!
Whether you decide to go for a 'tailor made' home through our design, plan and construction team in a chosen land plot or a purpose built dwelling on one of the many established developments we strongly advise you to make a move right now and identify firstly a chosen investment, secondly secure a 'holding' deposit now to achieve the current 'low prices'. Tomorrow will be too late we fear and past experience has proven that time and time again. Our advise is to commit to a property purchase between now and the end of November as when the high season does kick in which it will do as always you will find that EVERYTHING will increase in price and hold there with a steady increase in prices throughout the nation becoming the trend once again!
